Seal Coating is the process in which a commericial grade seal coat liquid is applied to the surface of existing or freshly laid asphalt to protect and prolong the life of your asphalt. It acts as a protectant from things such as the sun, rain, chemicals and pollutants.

In time, a lot of damage can occur with water intrusion in the cracks of the asphalt and crack filler is the rubberized crack filling material that is applied to prevent this from happening.
